Tottenham sign Davinson Sanchez for a club-record fee

Tottenham Hotspur have announced the signing of defender Davinson Sanchez from Ajax for a club-record fee, believed to be somewhere in the region of £35m, which could reach £38m.
A club statement read:
"We are delighted to announce that Davinson Sanchez has completed his move to the Club subject to receipt of his work permit later this week.
The 21-year-old has completed his medical and remaining paperwork today (Wednesday) and will wear the number six shirt."
