Vettel signs new Ferrari deal

Ferrari have announced that Sebastian Vettel has signed a new 3-year contract with the Scuderia, which is significant in the driver market since many of the top drivers' contracts expire in 2018 - and it is also likely that Mercedes will announce the renewal of Valtteri Bottas' contract for at least one year.

A statement on the Scuderia's website confirming this read:

"Scuderia Ferrari has extended its technical and racing agreement with driver Sebastian Vettel for the 2018, 2019 and 2020 racing seasons of the Formula One World Championship."
