Brahim Diaz joins Real Madrid

It was yesterday confirmed that Manchester City youngster Brahim Diaz has joined Real Madrid in a deal worth to be a believed initial £15.5m, possibly rising to £21m.

A club statement from Real Madrid read:

"Real Madrid C. F. and Manchester City have reached an agreement over the transfer of Brahim Díaz, who joins the club for the remainder of this season and the next six campaigns, until 30 June 2025. After completing his medical, which will take place tomorrow, Monday 7 January, the player will be unveiled at 1:30pm CET in the presidential box at the Santiago Bernabéu. Brahim will then set foot on the Santiago Bernabéu pitch for the first time in a Real Madrid C. F. shirt, before addressing the press in the media room."
