Round-up:

In what was undoubtedly the shock of the night, Newport County of the fourth tier beat Championship side Middlesbrough in a rather comprehensive 2-0 win. The reward for Newport County is now a home tie against reigning Premier League champions Manchester City. Newport dominated the match and took the lead in the 47th minute thanks to Robbie Willmott, although Middlesbrough goalkeeper Dimi Konstantopoulos should have probably saved the shot. Padraig Amond, who has scored 17 goals and assisted 6 in League 2 this season, wrapped up the win with his goal here in the 67th minute. Queens Park Rangers made it to Round 5 of the FA Cup for the first time this century (the last time they did so was in 1997) after a 2-0 win at home to Portsmouth thanks to goals from Nahki Wells and Matt Smith, meaning they will now face Watford at Loftus Road in the last 16. Brentford comfortably beat non-league Barnet 3-1 in their match with Brentford's goals coming from Sergi Canos, Julian Jeanvier and Neal Maupay, before David Tutonda scored a consolation for the non-league side. Brentford will now face an all-Championship tie in Round 5 as they travel to Swansea City. Wolverhampton Wanderers also made it to Round 5 of the competition after coming from behind to beat League 1 side Shrewsbury Town. Matt Doherty gave Wolves the lead after just 2 minutes, before goals from James Bolton and Josh Laurent put Shrewsbury Town ahead. Doherty then got his second of the night to level the scores once again at 2-2, before Doherty added an assist from which Ivan Cavaleiro benefitted to give Wolves a 3-2 win.
