Bottas on pole in Barcelona

World Championship leader Valtteri Bottas has made it 3 consecutive pole positions after he today claimed pole position in the 2018 Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya Grand Prix, after a stunning lap time of 1:15.406, a lap .6s quicker than anybody else. Team-mate Lewis Hamilton made it a 3rd consecutive front-row lockout for Mercedes, whilst for the 3rd successive race Sebastian Vettel will start from 3rd place. Max Verstappen of Red Bull was able to split the two Ferraris as he will start from fourth, ahead of the other Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc.
