Round-up: In the early kick-off, Doncaster Rovers, who had a whole week off after their match away to Bolton was postponed during the week, got their second consecutive win as they won 2-1 at home to Lincoln City, for whom it was a second consecutive defeat. Loan signing from Wolverhampton Wanderers, Niall Ennis, gave Doncaster the lead in the 13th minute and they led till half-time. Lincoln then equalised in the 57th minute thanks to Jorge Grant, though substitute Jon Taylor won the game for the hosts seven minutes from time. Ipswich Town surged to the top of the table as they beat beleaguered Bolton Wanderers by 5 goals to nil, with James Norwood and Kayden Jackson grabbing two goals each, in addition to a Gwion Edwards strike. They did so at the expense of Blackpool, who were held to a goalless draw by Rochdale. Wycombe Wanderers came back from 2-0 and 3-1 down to defeat Southend United 4-3 with two goals in the last 2 minutes from Anthony Stewart and Scott Kashket, a result which means Southend are still without a point after five games. After a rather shaky start in which they drew their opening two matches, Sunderland made it 3 wins on the spin as they beat AFC Wimbledon 3-1 thanks to a Chris Maguire hat-trick. Despite not playing a single game at their home ground, Coventry City have won all their games at their temporary 'home' ground - the St Andrews' Stadium - this season, as they beat Gillingham 1-0 thanks to a goal from Dominic Hyam. Portsmouth were not in action this weekend due to another event in the area which would have stretched police resources, so their game against Rotherham United was postponed. After having failed to win their last two games, Fleetwood Town bounced back thanks to a 2-0 win over Accrington Stanley. After making a terrible start to the season, Peterborough United have won back-to-back games, this time beating Milton Keynes Dons away from home by a resounding 4-0 scoreline, whilst Bristol Rovers also made it back-to-back wins as they won 3-1 at home to Oxford United. Elsewhere, Shrewsbury Town and Burton Albion played out a goalless draw.
