Round-up: The Premier League weekend action came to a conclusion with four matches which took place today. The action began with two games which kicked off simultaneously, both of which ended in draws. It was a case of new manager, same old problems for Arsenal, who twice had to come from behind to record a 2-2 draw away to Norwich City. Teemu Pukki's first goal since September gave Norwich the lead after 21 minutes, before that was cancelled out eight minutes as Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang equalised from the penalty spot at the second attempt, as his first attempt was saved by Norwich goalkeeper Tim Krul, however, referee Paul Tierney (via the VAR) ordered a re-take following encroachment in the penalty area by Norwich's players. Norwich then restored their lead thanks to a strike from Todd Cantwell right on the stroke of half-time, before Aubameyang bagged his second goal of the game in the 57th minute to rescue a point for an Arsenal side who have several problems which the new manager will need to address. The other match which kicked off at the same time as Arsenal, saw Wolverhampton Wanderers salvage a point thanks to a Matt Doherty equaliser in the 64th minute, after Lys Mousset had given Sheffield United the lead inside only 63 seconds. As a result, Wolves extended their unbeaten league run to nine matches, whilst Sheffield United have not lost any of their last seven league games. The action today came to a conclusion with two matches which took place later on in the evening, as Leicester City came from behind to win 2-1 at home to Everton, in a result which enabled the Foxes to move back up into second place and open up a 3-point gap to third-placed Manchester City. Everton, whose manager Marco Silva is under immense pressure, took a surprise lead in the 23rd minute thanks to a header from Richarlison. Leicester, who came into this game on the back of five successive league wins, struggled to break down a resolute Everton side, until Jamie Vardy did so in the 68th minute as he finished at the back post following a low cross from Kelechi Iheanacho. Iheanacho himself then bagged the winning goal in the 94th minute thanks to a well-placed shot, which was initially ruled out for offside, however, VAR ruled that Iheanacho was being held onside by Everton defender Yerry Mina, and as a result Leicester won the game to further pile the pressure on Everton boss Marco Silva. The other match which took place at the same time as Leicester saw Manchester United held to a 2-2 draw by Aston Villa. Aston Villa actually took the lead after 11 minutes thanks to a wonderfully curled shot by star man Jack Grealish, before that was cancelled out as Marcus Rashford's 42nd minute header cannoned off the post, before hitting Aston Villa goalkeeper Tom Heaton's back on the way in for an own goal. United then went in front thanks to a header from defender Victor Lindelöf in the 64th minute, after just minutes earlier Grealish missed a massive opportunity to put Aston Villa back in front. However, United's lead did not last long, as Tyrone Mings bagged his first Premier League goal thanks to one brilliant finish from inside the penalty area, which stood despite Mings thinking he was in an offside position, though replays showed clearly that he was onside and his goal helped Aston Villa take a point.
